- Credit must be given for all services provided. For VTuber assets such as models and rigging, credit must be given in Twitch/Youtube description, in a carrd linked in your bio, or some other easy to find way.Feel free to refer to me as mama/ papa/parent, whatever!

-For illustrations and other work, please link or mention me when reposting

- Do not remove my watermark, even on completed commissions

- Do not trace/edit/resell work without permission. Minting anything as an NFT or anything involving blockchains is not allowed and will result in legal action

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

- I reserve the right to showcase work on social media, Twitch, and my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties

- Work can be requested to kept private and will not be posted anywhere until agreed upon date

- For art/ design comms 3 major edits before additional charges will be added

- VTuber rigging will have a 3 month trial period where reasonable tweaks and adjustments can be made to suit your tracking

- For VTuber model rigs the project file will not be provided, only the export unless otherwise discussed

- All illustration based commissions are not first come first serve, I will be picking the projects that I feel are best suited for my style and skillset

- *Super budget rigs are first come first serve. I may turn down a rig if I feel like I do not have the appropriate skillset for it but I will try my best to do accept everyone that applies. I will be going in order of applications*

- VTuber models and rigs have commercial use factored into the base price

- All other commissions ARE NOT open for commercial use unless otherwise discussed

- Commissions to be used as commercial use (prints, keychains, etc) to be resold by commissioner will have an additional commercial use fee that will be discussed with the client. Fees are typically a percentage of the commision price but may include royalties depending on the type of merchendise.

- Payment in USD via PayPal invoice only

- Payment is preferred to be done in either 100% upfront or 50% down payment and 50% on delivery. Payment plans available on a case by case basis.

-Payment plans can either be by a weekly/ monthly basis or by installment (ie when sketch is done, when rig is done, when physics are done, etc)

-I try to be as flexible as possible as I know these are high price tag items. Process can go on hiatus if you run into payment issues

- Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE once work has begun on the commission

- Complete refunds are not an option once any work has begin on the commission

- I will send an estimated invoice breakdown where any edits may be made before an invoice is sent

- Work will not start until payment has been made

- *I would like to note that due to me having a full time job and health issues my turnaround tends to be slow. Rush jobs are available for an additional fee but please understand that I work somewhat slow. For those who are willing to bear with me I really really appreciate the support!!!*

- Upon start, flat illustrations take 2-4 weeks and VTuber model art/ rigs- ~ 1-3 months depending on complexity. Large projects can take 6+ months

- I may have to push turnaround times occasionally. I will notify you as soon as I anticipate issues.
